Campus SmartCafe Application
Created a robust and user friendly simulation application in Java. All the OOP concepts were thoroughly learned, implemented and the UI was based on Swing and JAVAFx. I used the MVC architecture and SQLite (JDBC), JSON for Persistance. My contribution was 50%, which included creation of packages, classes, CRC Cards, Class-Interaction Diagrams and the majority of the front-end(Swing AWT).

A modular website that provides Santa Clara U. students a platform where they can buy or sell used books (Winter ‘16): Implemented the front (HTML5/CSS3/JS) and the server end scripting dynamics of the entire website using AJAX, JSON, PHP, which employed features such as Live search, suggestions based on search and user credentials(Login/SignUp) functionality. The database in use was phpmyadmin.
Data Analysis App for IMDB User Review Data
Developed a target application which runs queries on the MovieLens/imdb data and extracts useful information. The primary users for this application are users seeking for movies and their ratings that match their search criteria. The UI provides the user the available movie attributes such as genre, country, cast, rating, year and user’s tags and ratings. Using this application, a user can search for the movies from various categories that have the properties (attributes). The user can filter the search results by available movie attributes such as genre, country, cast, rating, year and user’s tags and ratings. The application should return movie title, genre, tags, year, country, ratings using SQL (implemented Views and Indexes), Oracle 11g, Java, Swing(AWT)
Build in a team of of two. A Xamarin.Forms Application runnable on all three - Android, iOS and Windows Platform. Used Dependency Services such as Accelerometer and SQLite. The App was an extension of my previous project - Kitaab and hence making it a complete web service.
